Rebecca S. Trouse, PhD, LPC, NCC, BCPCC
Dr. Rebecca Trouse is a fully Licensed Professional Counselor who holds national and international board certifications in counseling. She earned a Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Psychology, from Liberty University and a master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University. Dr. Trouse received postdoctoral education through Harvard Medical School’s Executive Education certificate program. Additionally, she completed First-responder Chaplain training, ministerial schooling, and has specialized training and experience treating issues relating to relationships and significant grief/loss.
Dr. Trouse was an adjunct professor of Psychology at Rochester Christian University, she was on staff in the Department of Counseling at Oakland University, and currently serves as Grief Care Director at her church. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys drinking coffee, taking long walks, growing flowers, beekeeping, and painting.
Dr. Trouse maintains a private counseling practice in the heart of beautiful downtown Rochester, Michigan. She provides in-person services to individuals and couples throughout the Metropolitan Detroit area, and conducts virtual sessions for clients throughout Michigan.
